This was the second time I went to Ella Nails. It will also be the last time I will go to Ella Nails. I had a Manicure a pedicure and a neck massage. I really enjoyed the neck massage. They do poor work on the manicure. I usually go somewhere else that is close by but they are busier and I thought more expensive but the price is about the same. It was an elderly woman that was giving me a manicure. I had tips on before. I wanted them removed. She only partially removed them and she was very rude. She kept burning me and cut my nails very short even though I told her I wanted long nails she said oh well next time you can have long nails. I asked her why do my nails have part pink and part whit it looks like clouds. She said "it's your nails maybe you should talk to your doctor" I explained my nails did not look like that before and she said "you want someone else to do your nails" I said yes the other lady removed the rest of the nails and apologized for her. It's two days later and my nails are badly burned by her. I strongly suggest not going there. I will not return. The first lady burnded my hands with removing the nails. Do yourself a favor. Be treated nicely by people that have skills. Go around the corner

Terrible customer service. They don’t honor your appointment. Don’t get dip nails here bc they do a bad job. Thick, uneven and then refused to fix it. I’ve given them multiple chances but the service got worse and worse every time.

Everyone is really NICE !! I got the 35 Hot stone pedicure it’s worth it .. I left all shined up ready for this Texas heat .. My only complaint is I think he needed to stretch first because he seem tense 😬.. He was really nice tho and took his time !! …

If I could give zero stars, I would! Horrible shape, application and was not what my daughter asked for. They lifted almost immediately. Didn’t even last a week on her.

I read some of the previous reviews and knew that this salon needed new talent. They knew it as well and hired two new technicians. Angel and a friend came to this salon from another location. I will follow her where ever she goes. We all know the unspoken truth about the lives and work of nail technicians. So when you find one who knows their craft, has a good soul, and cares for the customer, follow them to the ends of the earth. Make an appointment with Angel. You won't be disappointed.

Never had issues with this place for a quick pedi but today I noticed and caught on to being talked about bc of my concern for my damaged toenail and how to cover it. I guess there’s no way clear acrylic can cover a discolored nail due to injury. But I didn’t expect to be judged here for trying to find the best way. I felt like she just wanted to get it over with and get me out. I’ve had been pedicures here specifically so I know when I’m being shorted in service or effort. Appreciate the polish but I won’t be back. I’m very upset.

This is by far the WORST salon I have ever been to. The Quality is beyond poor everything was rushed and it showed. Will never be coming back to this establishment I didn’t get what I paid for they don’t have enough experience. My nail tech couldn’t even offer me ombré nails so I went with plain white “coffin” nails and not even that was she able to do. Horrible. ... Btw that pedi is ONLY A DAY OLD!!!

People are super friendly care about the nails they care for. Neck massages,Sugar scrub, been there almost 20 years These are my daughter nails just what she wanted.
